I have been having cough and running nose for 7 days and it's still not cured. I have consulted a doctor but it's still not becoming cured. What should I do now? What can I do myself to cure myself except the medicines . I am already taking medicines. Is yoga helpful?suggest any other home remedy which I can do myself.

Suffering from urine problem. Need to go for urine end number of times even though if I drink less water. Specially late night and early morning. This problem is from past 1year take lots of medicine non of them worked.
