My face have a lots of acne recently tried some medicine but no use of it i am scared to go out because i feel i am not confident with it

My wife has the prob and came with me to muscat from india..after comming here prob increased and from small stool he feldown and the shoulder was hit..from then she is getting stiffness in right side of neck and the pain till leg. her spondilon pain and sayatica are left side only. she uses ayurvedic medicines and nuerokind lc tab.

I am 37 years old female. From the past 3 months, after having period my weight is increasing and spotting remains for the whole month. This is happening from 4 months. Thyroid level is 4.23.
