I am getting dry cough from yesterday noon Sometimes it's becoming difficult to breathe Getting wheezing sound while breathing

My face was fair and it became dark as i started going out and i have acne problem , the dermatologist consulted me not to use sunscreen .My face is itchy at the cheeks and there are tiny bumps on the cheeeks.I don't know if the dermatologist's prescription caused this. Please suggest a home remedy for clear ,fair skin.
