Tooth and Mouth Problems

My son is 2years old. I'm brushing him twice a day With chicco strawberry tooth paste With me me small brush. But recently saw that his front teeths are spoiled. Please suggest.

My sister got a jaw fracture 4 months back. After that she got mandible surgery. Two months back the supporting strings and clips were removed. Now she wants to do teeth implant at that place, because she lost two tooth at same place. Now the x-ray photos shows there is still crack there at same place. Doctors are saying it won't be a problem with teeth implant. The said the crack would gradually go away. As I am from non medical background, I need some suggestions on this. Should we go for teeth implant or should we wait for the crack to go away. How long should we wait then for the crack to go away and do the implant. I read an article which said implant should be done as soon as possible else the jaw would gradually shrink and cause impact to nearby tooth. Thanks in advance. The x-ray photos are attached. This is current x-ray which is taken after 4 months of mandible surgery.

My teeth are paining and reason could be grinding ...just want to know if wearing night guard could help and prevent the teeth from further grinding..

What will be the cost of full tooth implant of good quality and how much time it is going to take to eat properly after the tooth implant?

Since past few days I have been experiencing pain in my left jaw while opening mouth and while closing there is a popping or clicking of jaw. I have not been in any type of accident. What might be the problem? And to which type of doctor should I visit about it?

I am getting red dots on tounge and white layer on tounge. Previously it was only dots from last 2 weeks

I want to get braces but I have already crossed the age of 12 and  I am 17 yrs old . My orthodontist says that treatment would not be guaranteed as only 30% growth of the teeth is left and if he continues to do the treatment many facial changes would occur and even my face could be damaged . I just want to ask that will braces be sufficient for straightening my teeth or I will require any surgical treatment and a lot of doctor care . I just want to inform that my teeths and gums  are in a healthy condition and strong enough .

On my friend and room mate behalf, Mr Yoosuf Salman who is having various gaps in teeth due to thumb sucking is worried about his gaps in teeth because he is a third year student and many companies would hire him for intern he is feeling depressed of his gaps since it would be a reason. And his parents has passed away and there is nothing for him to lose, as a friend i request dr bhagyalakshmi vinodh from gitas dentistry to take this case as serious and specifically her because i saw her free dental treatment in newspaper 2018. Pls dr pls do necessary arrangements as this is related to his future. Pls my humble request.

If there is any serious problem in my Tm joint then what type of symptoms I will observe or experience? How tight masseter muscle can change my jaw position? What are the signs of improving my tmj problem as a result of treatment for tmj? Please help.
