Hello mam    Take the hexidine mouth way in that cap ( 5 to 10 ml) as concentrated one....do not mix it with water .... Rinse it in your mouth for 30 seconds and spit it off.... Do not rinse with normal water after using mouth rinse for around half an hour.. Do not take any drinks or food for at least half an hour of rinsing... Do rinse twice a day (Morning and night) after food... Chlorhexidine mouth rinse should be strictly used only for 15 days...Using more than 15 days will cause discoloration of the teeth and also alter taste sensation of your tongue

5-10 ml of mouthwash dilute it with little amount of water if required or if the mouthwash is alcohol base, rinse for 10-15 secs and throw. After doing mouthwash don't eat and drink anything for atlst 10-15mins.
