My dentists started my treatment for tmj disorder more than a year ago.  After successful splint therapy, now my treatment is going on with braces and elastic by an  orthodentist. Now sometimes I feel my bite is becoming normal (because now I can chew food better than before) and sometimes I doubt whether my treatment plan is working or making my condition worse.I have also noticed that my lower row of teeth are moving backward and making my upper front misaligned teeth more visible to people. How can I clear my doubts  and judge whether there is anything wrong in my jaw joint or not by observing myself? Can I do massage on my jaw muscle? Please tell me the restrictions that I should follow during daily activities and massage 💆? Please help me.... I feel lonely now...

My bite was changed due to tmj disorder (as a result of excessive clenching or grinding). Now after treatment by dentist with splint and then braces, I think my bite is becoming normal like before. I have attached my OPG report.Doctor asked me to remove the upper right last tooth(wisdom) as it is tilted and decaying. Is there only 1 option ?Any other option can't be done?
