Tooth Ache 2nd Molar
I having a tooth ache, in my second molar, lower side. I used to have high sensitivity also, but after having home remedy, sensitivity is not a problem anymore. But after one month, from past two days, I am having constant pain, it is continuous pain from last 48 hours. Even slightly touch there, I can feel the pain. What could be the problem here. Please advice. Thanks.

Sensitivity and pain depicts an infected tooth. You need a dental checkup. An x-ray mostly would be advised for better diagnosis and thus the treatment plan.

From your symptoms, It seems to be a deep cavity involving the nerves, U will need a root canal treatment for the same, medication will only give you temporary relief . Plz visit a nearby dentist soon for the treatment

Pain is continous and severe , that means their is periapical infection due to caries . . U need to c dentist ,start with the antibiotics and painkillers as adviced by ur dentist , take an x ray  and u may require RCt depending upon d extent of caries and periodontal condition .
