The upper jaw wisdom teeth (last one . No 8) is infected. There is pain. But it's firm .

Pls suggest what is better a Root canal or extraction.

Side effects of the anibiotics
Would like to know what to do when the side effects of the anibiotics are making me fall sick. I have been taking few medicines after my RCT and since then I have severe stomach ache, vomiting, nausea, stomach upset. I am confused if I should be continuing the medicines or not. Very small temporary inflammation
When I eat something from right side of mouth,a very small pointed inflammation happen for very less time.after some seconds or minute it goes.It only happen while I eat.when I try to see it later I can't find it.its very small like 1 mm in diameter.

Precautions for exercising for tmj
I am doing several yoga and exercises from YouTube for tmj with my dental treatment...But I feel doubt that some exercises may make my condition worse.... So how will I judge whether any exercise is making my condition worse or not?... Is it normal that my lower jaw is moving back during braces?.. Please help.
