Tooth and Mouth Problems

My frnd lost his two molar due to tooth decay infection and dentist (implantologist) advice for conventional dental implants if this implant will be loose after 15-16 years then basal implant is also possible sir/mam can it be done plzz reply and plzz tell how long does basal implant lasts

Is there any minimum diameter or depth for a cavity to be filled(so that the filling can bind properly)? Or should we just let a cavity grow to a certain extent after which it can be filled ?

My white blood clot has removed.. And increasing but not severe. At 5 th day of tooth extraction. Picture attached.. Is it dry socket?

During the bite correction phase for tmd I feel that my bite or occlusion i.e. the way my teeth fit together is very odd and it creates a unstable and uncomfortable bite...This make me feel very much odd, nervous, uncomfort and anxious. Is it normal to feel such things during bite correction phase for  tmd with braces? Can I examine my tmj to make a conclusion whether it is in good condition or not? Please help.
