Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi.. So I don't have a sever case of overbite or anything. It's slight. Just makes my side profile look weird. Like my jaw is too front. But the overbite issue isn't noticeable from the front since i have thick lip. So I was wondering if I buy a plastic aligner online will it work for me?

With brushing tooth with salt directly will affect my tooth badly if yes then how to use salt for tooth brushing can i brush directly with salt as u have seen in Google that long term use of salt will erode enamel is it true

Does ESI cover for teeth aligners? Or is there any way I could pay on installments. I am in real need to fix my overbite

So I was hoping to get aligners and so How much would aligners cost me in India?? And does it help with overbite???

I am suffering from 1.5 months mouth and tounge ulcers.i am used b complex and mucopain gel.previously i have throat pain now it's cure,i used lot of medicine and antibiotics.i have morning sickness.i have also checked by dentist he told me not worried about my ulcers.i have a hedech all time.. photo are attached

Please listen to me... My tmj disorder was started because of excessive jaw clenching, bad posture and poor lifestyle... So as a treatment my dentist suggested me splint therapy and orthodontic treatment with braces but no physical therapy or anything else for my tight jaw,neck and shoulder muscles. Now I am in braces phase...after observing my tmj xray and clinical experiment my dentist had told me that "your tmj is fine". But I have lots of confusion and doubt regarding my tmj.  I always think "whether my treatment is working or not" or "whether there is anything wrong in my tmj or not" etc. I can't keep away my mind from such thoughts and this creates lots of anxiety, confusion, doubt etc. Please tell me how I can be sure that there is nothing wrong in my treatment plan or tm joint and stay away from such negative thoughts? I have attached my post tmj xray for your help... Please don't ignore it.. Please help me!!
