Ideally you should wait for a month before placing the bridge. This wait will do no harm to you but being in hurry will give you ill-fitting teeth. Body needs a month to heal completely and form proper bone. If its front teeth get a temporary cap or denture done from your dentist. If its back teeth, then leave as it is for a month.

Namaskaram, A surgical procedure is an intentional trauma done to the body to get rid of something out of the ordinary. Tooth extractions are no different. A 3 unit bridge will invite food lodgement and with an active healing going on the bacterias will feast on it producing infections. A window of 5 to 6 weeks will augment your physician's ability to restore the normal functions of your teeth on the same site. The statement "time will heal" stands true here. Team Shambhala.
