Tooth and Mouth Problems

After almost 3 yrs of my treatment for tmd (splint +braces) my orthodontist told me that now my bite is almost aligned and now I can talk, laugh or eat moderately hard food as much as I want. but before doing these activities I always fear thinking they will make worse my tmj problem as my occlusion is not totally stable and I don't get any force by my jaw muscles to do such activities effortlessly as my jaw muscles are tight even now. Is feeling such type of discomfort is normal? Can our lower jaw move back beyond its normal and stable position( because I have  observed that my lower is moving back during the bite correction phase through braces)? Can I talk, laugh or eat anything without any worry? Please tell me what should I do now... Please help me 🙏. My post tmj x-ray is given...

Need to get my third molar extracted (both upper n lower), but both are in paining position. Is it advisable to extract them in this position or firstly some antibiotics are advised before extraction

I have done advance cleansing three months before but again stains have developed what to do. Can gc tooth mousse plus can be applied what needs to be done.

Hello sir / madam I have gap in my front two teeth,one dat while just having a look on my upper gums I stretched my frenum and it showed a white cyst kind of thing which went back to normal when I relaxed my frenum, I consulted my dentist for the same He told me that these are the upper tissues of the frenum that have hardened because of gap in the front teeth because of which you have a large frenum too. I wanted an advice on the same that is there any ointment or something, I was also worried about mouth cancer because I had a habbit of smoking which I had quit one month ago. I want to inquire on the same too.  This is white and not yellow as in the picture.

My x-ray looks almost ok....But even now I don't feel the force to bite anything and I think my bite is so unstable that I fear to talk and laugh. Also now my jaw muscles are tight and contracted that my facial appearance is not like before... My neck, shoulder and upper back muscles are also tight and I listen different types of sound when I strech those muscles. What do think, my treatment is working? Now what I feel is normal in this situation? Will I be completely normal after the whole treatment? Please help 🙏.

Two days back I went for my right side upper molar tooth extraction done. Now please suggest whether I have to go for the implant or it's not much required. If so please suggest the brand , type of implant best suited along with the cost.

My lower jaw of the right side is paining while trying to eat or yawn. I have also visited two doctors for the same but still I'm feeling the pain. Doctor gave me antibiotics and some pain reliever tabs which I'm going to post down here. After taking those tablets I feel good for around 24 hours but after certain time period I feel the pain again. Here are tablets I have taken earlier- 1) clavleaf 625 tab 2)sandrab dsr capsules 3) Nimax p tablets 4) Lorzam 1. Another doctor gave me the following tablets- 1)cefadroxil Tabs 2)zenace SP tabs 3)Omi 1D 4)Meganeuron OD+ Please suggest me the doctor to whom should I visit. Dentist or ENT specialist. Thanks.
