Hello Dear, pain in tooth occurs when the decay in your teeth reach the nerves of your tooth. In our terms, it is called the root canal. To get rid of this pain you have to undergo a root canal procedure. Medicines will block your brain to receive pain sensations from your tooth, hence proving you temporary relief, but it won't cure the problem. My advice will be to get a proper root canal done and get your tooth treated. At this young age, you should not be careless with your tooth and try to save the tooth.

Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray.

Hi,if you are complaining of pain in the tooth,it means it's quite possible that there's a cavity that is near the pulp or nerve of the tooth,so it may need a root canal treatment,for the time being,eat Tablet Hifenac P for pain after meals,do warm salt rinses 4 to 5 times daily,and avoid eating from affected side,,aur jaldi se dentist ko mile.
