hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy but this will give you temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity you need to get it filled. if there is infection to the roots of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

hi,Please take antibiotics also if you are only taking painkillers & visit a dentist to get the treatment done as there may be deep cavity in tooth which is the cause of pain .
