This pattern is usually seen in case of a wrong tongue positioning habit called as tongue thrusting.
Ortho treatment I.e braces is the corrective treatment for this. However no ortho treatment will last unless your habit is changed. Please visit a dental clinic for a consultation to ascertain the cause of this alignment of teeth.

From the provided image, your condition seems to be anterior open bite, its is caused because of previous habits or genetic skeletal discrepancy. In an ideal bite there is an overlap of lower incisors with upper incisors.
