When chewing, my teeth and gum start paining.
It has been a day and is trouble some.

Dear if you have pain in one particular tooth or region it may be due to infections below the tooth.
You need to evaluate with x Ray for the same @ dentist
Usually such tooth goes for extraction or rct Followed by few Antiinflamatory and antibiotics
Where as if you have pain all over .
Gum disease may be the cause
Get it evaluated and most probably you will be needing professional cleaning and few medications
