Tooth and Mouth Problems

Is it possible to cover the emty space between tooth???The four tooth of my upper gum are not together...there is a tiny tooth...what is the procedure???

Blood comes from my gums and smells in my mouth.The teeth are also yellow and the dirt has solidified.

I brush my teeth twice a day but still my wisdom tooth is decaying (last teeth in the mouth) both side. I don't want it to get extracted at this point in time. What is the solution?
