Now we are looking for Crown Please advise the best available crown What is the criteria for selecting Crown Personally I think we should go for Zirconium crown? How and why the charges are varying based on warranty of crown? What is the best recommendation? How much time we should wait after RCT to go for Crown?

My mother's gums on the right side are swelling and due to this she is having so much pain. She is currently using dolo gel for 3 days but there is no effect. Tab.cefixime 200mg. - 1-1 Tab.zerodol sp - 1-1-1. And these are the tablets she is taking but pain only goes for some time after tablet but Due to lockdown no dentist is treating here in our city. I have jaw pain and swelling under the right ear near the lower end jaw. Exactly under the ear. It's very tender to touch. It's been there for more than 2 weeks. I had facial pain and pressure. I have nose and ear congestion. Dr diagnosed sinus infection and Otitis media.Prescribed antibiotics and NSAIDs. Finished the medicine for a week. I still have the swelling and jaw pain. I also have sinus pain. I feel the pain in the face, upper jaw, ears when I bend down. I know sinus infection will take time to clear up. But this is the first time I have swelling under the ears near the jaw along with my sinus and ear pain. Whether it could be any tooth issue? I don't have any dental fillings that side. Upper wisdom tooth with cavity.No lower wisdom tooth. I chewed fish for a long time before this happened. i.e before 2 weeks. I chewed on the same side only. Whether that cause any swelling?is it tooth issue?tooth that side feels sensitive from today morning.but doesn't hurt to chew, swallow.
