Wisdom tooth swelling
Hello dr, i am having pain n swelling in gums near wisdom tooth . I had already taken zerodol sp  bid , brufen od and hiora gum astringent. Still there is no reduction of pain . What should i do now?

Dear practo user Warm water plus salt gargle Will soothe the area. Do it hourly for 3to 5 days.

Visit  dentist as early as possible as the medication will help you only temporarily. Considering no allegies to any medication take the following medication for pain control. Tab. Augmentin 625mg 1-0-1×5days afterfood Tab ornidazole 500mg 1-0-1×5days after food Tab hifenac P 1-1-1× 5days after food Tab panD 1-0-0× 5days before food

1. visit dentist as early as possible 2. do warm salt water gargling 5 to 6 times a day. 3. medication is only for temporary pain relief for permanent solution visit a dentist. 4. Donot use medication for more than 5 days if pain doesnot subside or increases visit a dentist. 5. if found any allergic symptoms stop the medication and visit a doctor.
