Tooth decay is a dynamic process that definitely requires dental intervention. And any cavity that has already formed will not be removed using home remedies. There are a few things however that you can begin to implement at home so that other teeth are not damaged and the cavities don't increase- 1. Twice daily brushing with a fluoride toothpaste (use only a pea size amount of paste). 2. Rinse with water after eating or drinking anything to minimize food lodgement in the cavities. 3. Limit his sweet intake and as far as possible restrict sweets to meal times only.
Next Steps
Please visit your pediatric dentist at the earliest for treatment and to prevent any further damage.

Our experts from the department of paediatric dentistry at The Dental Specialists suggest you to control your kids dietary intake. Keep sugary foods to a minimum. Brush with a kids paste twice daily. If proper oral hygiene is maintained, cavities don't arise. Visit a paediatric dental surgeon as soon as possible and don't let fear of covid stop you.
Next Steps
check for food lodgement in the cavities. If superficial, food will not get stuck and can be maintained easily if deep, food will get stuck and you need to visit dentist immediately to prevent pain and complicated procedures later

see the problem cannot be evaluated just by verbally or virtually. post some pictures if possible and for the cavities, it actually cannot be cured by any home remedies because its an irreversible thing. Only you can stop the further damage by regular oral hygiene maintenance. and as according to the age of the child if the cavity is present on the molar tooth as mentioned by you then it should be treated as early as possible otherwise it will be very difficult to save at the later stage as it will reach the pulp of the tooth and may cause severe pain and swelling on the concerned tooth.
Next Steps
i would advice you to visit the dentist ASAP and do the needful treatment and visit a dentist who are abiding by the ICMR guidelines or maintaining COVID protocols and dont woory it is definitely safe to do the dental treatment.
Health Tips
regular cleaning and maintaining oral hygiene will stop the further spread. Use KIDODENT mouthwash and toothpaste regularly
