Uric acid 7.10 fluctuate between 6.92 to 7.10 from 6 month and in our tounge irritation persist from 6 month sometime relief sometime start. But not continuous persist irritation

Mouth ulcers

Hi, I have mouth ulcers from last 4 days. These ulcer are in full mouth including tongue also. I have taken lot of precautions like glycerine, ulcer gel(Quick kool), gargle with salt water, B complex capsules but no effect is seen. Kindly recommend good and immediate effect to cure ulcer. unable to talk and eat.

Gap between gum and teeth

Since couple of days there has occurred some gap between gums and teeth on the back side of the front 2 lower teeth which is causing a lot of irritation to me as continuously my tongue keeps touching that part and also there is certain teeth sensitivity issue with the same part.
