Hello, A cavity that is not filled at the right time will progress inwards and reach the pulp, causing severe pain and discomfort. So the prudent thing to do is to visit the dentist and get this fixed at the earliest. Regards Dental Arts Bangalore

Best possible treatment for a teeth affected with decay is to get it filled .Filing is a lot  more simple procedure than root canal treatment and other treatments .Don't neglect now and tmorrow you might be in trouble when it becomes worse with pain and infection.Get it filled at the earliest. All the best.

Any cavity would naturally progress to pulp infection,  which would lead to root canal infection,  which would lead to bone infection.. And so on...  Prevention is better than cure..
