Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctors, one of my upper molar tooth has decayed now. From few days I have started feeling sensitivity and sinus pain. Could cementing be a solution now. I have extracted one of my lower molar earlier but I don't want to extract now instead cement it. Please suggest.

There is small lump on cheeks inside the mouth of my wife. Is this the matter of concern or it will automatically remove. Please advise. I have attached the pic of lump.

Due to a cut on my tongue while eating, that wound become a ulcer. I'm unable to speak and eat properly.

Month ago I got rct for teeth adj to lower left wisdom tooth. Then the left wisdom teeth were extracted . I have sharp pain when asleep at night. Only today morning I have pain in left lower side. Unable to eat chapati or hard items left side coz it pains in left upper when I chew left side. My dentist says everything is fine. Not sure what is the pain for. I brush twice a day, gargle not water and floss before i sleep. Let me know what would be the cause.

I need to get my wisdom teeth extracted. How much does it cost per tooth? Is there a different rate for each tooth?

My teeth no 7 beside wisdom teeth was removed as infected with bacteria.. can I leave this place empty or required artificial crown (Zirconia crown)... Plzz suggest..
