Tooth and Mouth Problems

My jaw is not align properly. I have chewing problem and I did matipal root canals. Two of my upper front tooth is missing so I have bridge for same. Nearly every two year my tooth come with the new problems. I fadup with multiple problem. I don't understand what to do? Suggest me the one long term solution.

I am having pain in my front bottom teeth from for days and from today there is a yellow circle in my gum below one tooth

My crown fell out one week ago. then before 2-3 days I started feeling pain in tooth around and gums. Then I again put my crown on my tooth but there is lil pain. What does it means?

I am suffering from a tooth problem which was filled earlier but now again it started hurting so I have to take some decision to either have Root Canal treatment or to extract the tooth. As per my knowledge RCT is not good for long term It can cause many type of degenerative diseases in ones body So please guide me properly what will be a good solution for my health Having a Root Canal Treatment or Tooth Extraction I will later get tooth fixed after extraction will not let it open for longer time . So just confused about it what should be done or what should not be. Lot many questions are coming to my mind but I don't have any answer

The pimple gets filed with blood and it becomes black and later whit gets blast or blood leeks it will be in white like skin on palm and i never get pain and also i can eat spicy food and i dont feel any pain similarly i have pimple on my back its from years it becomes redish and blast and bleads no pain at all every time on same place i feel this mouth pimple is also same like this

Dr mouth unclear problem he repeated 1 come they go 5 days to eat multi vitamin and an to biotic then after 3 days come another mouth unclear I am too much tried Dr and when unclear has come I had not eating food also is too much paining Dr please help me

I had got temporary filling done but senstivity has not reduced. when i eat anything hot/cold then it get too sensitive. also my teeths are getting carries even after regular brushing . is there something avalibale to put some coating to save teeths
