Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm 19 yrs Old Boy , I got frequent Mouth Ulcers and it's painful to eat . I have use many aurvedic treatments like Salt water , Honey , teabags , magnesium milk etc but it's not effective So my question is what to do to stop these mouth ulcers .

There is lil pain in my left jaw n when ever i open my mouth the clicking sound comes from left jaw .

One of my front tooth in the upper row had crown for last 14 years which recent broke. Need a new permanent Crown or a Permanent Implant whichever iss advised by the doctor. The doctor here suggested to go for another crown. Additionally, the tooth adjacent to one that had crown might need root canal and crowning too, as my dentist here suggested. I am in Chicago and Dental costs are pretty stiff here. I am planning to visit India for the treatment, the only issue is that I am not sure how long does this procedure take in general. (Probable Nee crown on one tooth. Root canal ans crown on the adjacent tooth). Based on that I would need to apply for leave at office here. Your quick response would be highly appreciated. I listen a clicking sound from my right side of jaw when i open my mouth and when I shake my head towards back side. My right jaw deviates towards left side and My jaw muscles become very tightened sometimes. Also I have neck pain, upper back pain and sometimes I feel breathing problem. When i do posture related exercises I feel better than before and i listen lesser numbers of clicking sound that time. Is postural problem related to my jaw problem? I am really going through very very tough time. Please don't ignore it. please help me and tell me what should I do at that time.

Gums have swelled and teeth is turning black at bottom with a shell developing on the lower  surface of teeth

Just now I took surgery for wisdom teeth 4 days before but still pain and swelling is there doctors prescribed me 3 days tablet now it's over what I should do for pain stitches after 15 days they going to be remove I think so still pain and swelling it will be there after tat it will cure or not

My jaw is not align properly. I have chewing problem and I did matipal root canals. Two of my upper front tooth is missing so I have bridge for same. Nearly every two year my tooth come with the new problems. I fadup with multiple problem. I don't understand what to do? Suggest me the one long term solution.
