If the front milk teeth are mobile then its fine otherwise they need to be extracted. And if the permanent teeth are not in their required positions then later on braces will be preferred.

Generally the very front milk teeth fall off by this age . Sometimes they get over retained . If the milk tooth is not at all loose by now , you can visit your dentist and get the over retained tooth removed if your child is comfortable with it . Your dentist will take a small x ray of the tooth and then proceed.
