Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi mam/ sir my teeths are not in shape and even my front two teeths are thick and side one is twisted and my teeths touched with each other while I'm talking and when I'm not talking my teeths are touch with my skin I'm surviving with major problem. I want some solution what should I do

I am Ife, nigerian, 23 year old lady. i took some drugs at the office (the content was acetaminophen) to relieve menstrual pain, the next day my mouth became rough, tongue felt burnt with, metallic taste in my mouth and there was a partial loss of taste, i also noticed a cloudy substance on my gum, its been 5 days, the roughness in my mouth is gone but the metallic taste remains, the burnt feeling too and now my gum aches. Help!

My tongue became white suddenly after taking dental treatment few days back.whiteness is not going after brushing.i consulted e.n.t specialist on the advice of dentist.he prescribed zincovit,lukatas FX,gum paint & mucaine antacid.After taking medicine for four days whiteness of tongue reduced upto 50% in the day but at night it again became white.why it became white at night.Shall I continue with medicine or consult any dermatologist for further treatment.Please advise.

Is it okay to visit a doctor at government hospitals? Do we get proper dental treatments over there?
