Tooth and Mouth Problems

I done my teeth cleaning. but after cleaning. my gums is not healing . its about 3 month back. i am suffering from last tree month .

I had my wisdom tooth of lower right jaw extracted yesterday around 11 in the morning , after that i had problems in swallowing till last night . Still in the morning i feel a little better but am having pain in opening mouth, and having very much trouble in swallowing, stitches were done to me..i missed a dose of amoxycillin yesterday at lunch.

I am a football player and this disease is making me severely weak it has been two days since it occurred.I need to get fit as quickly as possible to get back into action please suggest some remedies which will make me strong and tell me from where does this disease came so i could avoid it from next time.
