Pain in right side TMJ
I underwent surgical extraction of 2nd molar on right side 20 days back after that I have started developing pain। Around My TMJ and anterior wall of my right ear, pain is aching type, mild to moderate in severity, non radiating, aggregate on clenching and chewing, relieved by keeping my mouth in slightly open position, it's not associated with inflammation over skin any hearing difficulty, fever. I've taken analgesics but symptoms reappear after sometime.

it might either be a dry socket ( if wound not healed yet) and possibly pain due to that or... if other reasons could be get an OPG , and visit a oral maxillofacial surgeon for consultation if any nerve damage. in case mandibular nerve canal was close to the root of the tooth that was extracted. if required he will ask you to take  a CBCT scan
