If you have noticed yourself that the RCT treated third molar is fractured, you first show that to a dentist. They Wil diagnose the problem and if it's fractured, they will advise you for extraction. In case of bleeding in crown in left side molar,  the dentist will check for gingival margins and corrections are made.

if the tooth is cracked and cant be saved, should be extracted(removed) . also re evaluation of the cap  of the left molar cap should be done to see if margins of the new molar had sharp margins that are impinging on the gums.
