Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been chewing pan masala from past 2 years and it has changed the colour of my teeth ..firstly it was light but now turned dark in colour..so can i get my teeth whitened..

I have a damage in my left lower side wisdom teeth and also in lower side right side first molar teeth, i think its need a filling treatment or RCT

I am fixed teeth bridge before 8 months but it not confortable for me .without teeth bridge for broken teeth where is an any permanent solve for that

Sir/Mam I've ulcer everywhere in my mouth ( upper lips, lower lips,on my tongue upper and lower portion both and both the side of my mouth and on the inner part of my tongue also ) and I've been suffering from ulcer since past 4-5 days. I'm having problem in eating food and it's pains a lot when i eat food . Currently i'm using "Choline Salicylate & Lignocaine Hydrochloride Gel OLERGEL " and 2 tablets SYNCOM and B -COLEX please tell me what to do ? and how to use OLERGEL ? do i have to spit it or not ? and after spitting it do i have to wash my mouth with water or not ? will it harm if i swallow it ? How long should I keep olergel in my mouth after applying it ?

The upper front two teaths had broken,now under treatment for forehead and chin injury. How, when and where should I get my dental treatment. Kindly guide me Accident happened on 29th may early morning.

Sir i have tooth pain since two days. I have advise medicine Moxikind cv 625. Redsera 3 time a day. But pain is there so can i take combiflam or some other pain killler with it. Redsera compogition is Diclofenac potassium and serratiopeptidase tablet.
