Wisdom tooth stitches coming undone
I had my wisdom tooth pulled 5 days ago. I was told that the stitches would dissolve soon, but it hasn't dissolved yet, it is just coming undone. I'm worried something bad will happen if I swallow it. And should it be coming undone so soon?

When i woke in evening i moved my lower jaw then suddenly i heard a popping sound then pain starts suddenly from my mandible joint . And it pains while i am eating, drinking and opening my mouth and not while talking . And my medical history is clear no any other problem till yet.
