Continuous toothache from left upper jaw
The pain is continuous since last three hours. The problem started a week back with an over sensitive teeth and I had pain which used to happen mildly multiple times a day. But since last three hours, the pain is spread across entire upper jaw on left side also extending to sheeks

When you know the problem started a week back , u would have visited near by dentist soon , the pain of sensitive tooth cannot be resolved by taking medicines , necessary treatment has to be done , because we don't know the teeth is still sensitive or the infection already happened and started spreading , need to examine clinically and take the decision . If it is super sensitive Root canal treatment has to be done , if there is an infection then need to find the cause and treat accordingly
