My last tooth is painful from the past 5 days. There is some swelling. Which medicines should I use?

The 3rd molar is developed on both side (lowerside). Right development has caused swelling across the area. What are the remedies? Is removal the only option? How much does it cost in Delhi?

I've been experiencing pain in the right lower jaw when i press on the specific spot. It does not impact my day to day routine like eating, sleeping, working etc but only happens when i press slightly on the spot.

I have severe pain deeply inside the jaw. The pain is not on the teeth and front mouth it is deeply inside the jaw.
