Tooth ache after breaking some teeth

Two days before i got my four teeth broken and scince then I have been getting periodice tooth ache. Please help me with some home made cure for getting instant pain relief. I have no medical around here because it's 10:35 PM. My age : 50 Gender : male Thank You.
