Hello, recently I completed my RCT and also I completed my crown fitting okay would I used tooth brush on crown fitting tooth and would I doing normal activities like hard thing byte etc
..pls suggest me

Yes you can do normal activities like before.
But with some precautions like Ald chewing gums,
Opening bottle cans with your teeth.
