Tooth and Mouth Problems

My molar (farthest from the incisors) is covered with gum skin from all-around and is giving me excruciating pain, restless/sleepless night. It has been like this for several years but the problem has for really severe in past 3 days. Kindly help

I had orthodontic treatment in childhood.that dentist removed my lower rt canine.since the i had weak bite on rt side tmj clicking.for that nw i underwent ortho treatment again and they removed my three pre molars leaving the one on lower rt side.but problem increased.even have pain in rt lowr molar without infection.plz help.suggest dr.

My central incisor were broken then i had both RCT then both caps were pasted on my teeth, few years later caps came out with the broken teeth.. now i don't have teeth as it came out with the caps.Is the caps process was temperary done by dentist. I dont have complete straight teeth and my first premolar is slightly towards inside.  So what should i do so that i can get those permanently fixed.
