Even after rct and cap i get carries and iam losing my teeth day by day and treatments are costly please suggest some economical solution for my denture

Hello, I have been suggested with a stolin gum paint by one dentist and I have bought sensoform instead of stolin due to the unavailability. When should I use it before brushing or after brushing.

I had a throat infection recently. My tonsil on the left side was covered in white film and was very painful to swallow. Antibiotics improved throat butI have a wisdom tooth coming in surprisingly out of nowhere. My teeth are full of pain, and my gums are swollen, sensitive , and covered in blisters . I have visited 10 different dentist in Bangalore. They all are advising me different things. Some ask me to get RCT done, some say just the filling is required. I am now frustrated with this. Please look into this on priority.
