Tooth and Mouth Problems

My problem is that my upper teeth aren't visible when I smile and talk. So, I think my upper jaw needs to be lowered, is it possible to lowered with braces?. Also I would like to know available solutions for this and treatment costs. Thanks,

I have consulted a dentist regarding inflammation near teeth and also swelling in cheek.Dentist told that i have impacted teeth and it need to be removed.Is it neccessary ro remove the teeth or any other soutions that could help me.I have inflammation on my cheeks also .Does this inflamation is due to impacted teeth?
