My left side lower wisdom teeth had come half out...half is inside the gums...this was condition Fr many months..bt since yesterday there is pain in the gums...the pain intensity is very high

Hello, at present the pain can be controlled by Antibiotics and Analgesics ,pluse warm salt water rinses two to three times a day..
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist and get a x-ray made for the wisdom tooth..Depending on the position of the tooth and it's angulation the doctor would decide whether to extract the tooth or not..
