Dear Sir, According to what you have mentioned it is a chronic gum and bone problem you have. You are too young to loose a tooth due to bone problem. May be your rest of the teeth are also affected by the gum disease. Definitely you can give chance to rest of your teeth before they are lost too.. Please meet your dentist and also a gum specialist who can do a thorough examination and do deep cleaning and necessary treatment to improve your oral health. Bad odour is also due to the same gum problem.
Next Steps
Dental cleaning or oral prophylaxis and periodontal examination is necessary.
Health Tips
Brush twice daily. Massage your gums with salt gently once a week. Do warm saline rinses often for its antibacterial action

You need a thorough clean up. Bad odour and bleeding gums are signs of a gum infection Please be more vigilant about your oral care regimen. Loss of a tooth this early in your life can have disastrous consequences in the long run. Get a clean up/ scaling done at the earliest with your dentist and gear up for a replacement for the missing tooth.
