What is the charge for teeth polishing and does this process involve any injection and pain and how much time does it take to do it

Jaw having swalling one teeth is growing I think and last portion is fully red I don't know what should I do now

On my upper jaw,front 4 tooth looks bad and they are more towards outside so i want to know , will there be need of removing any molar tooth to apply bristles or u can directly apply the bristles without removing any teeth.
