Dr. I have yellow teeth.what can I do for getting white teeth?please dr. Help me.please please please please please

Hi, my mom has been dealing with a loose tooth for almost 2 weeks now. It is the 3rd or 4th one in from the start of her two front teeth. It was perfectly fine one day, and she was using dental floss, and then it became really loose, she also does not have a tooth next to the one that is loose now.She has many teeth that are either gone or partial

She get long night tooth pain. Her teeth have big hole.every day she brush her teeth a twice. please suggest any medicine or any home remedies.

Had a similar issue earlier. RCT done with Betadine 2% sol. and Augmentin Duo 625 medication. however, this time around I do not have swelling on gums. Have only used Betadine so far. Radiating pain keeps coming back. Should I take Augmentin again? I think I'd need a filling this time eventually!
