Tooth and Mouth Problems

Iv had an ulcer for a few days and nothing is helping with pain what do I do?? Iv tryed salt, Bongela and mouthwash

I've been having a swollen gum around my wisdom tooth since two days. Its a severe pain and have difficulty opening my mouth .

My braces at the back of my mouth keep falling off. In spite of having soft foods they break off by slight involuntary hard biting / grinding of the teeth. This upsets me and also creates problems for my dentist. This has to be the second time my bracket has come off. Can I ask my doctor to provide a molar band for the same ? What can be the expected cost for the band ?
