Im 21 yrs old. I had a filling on my lower left molar 1 nd half months back. It is a milk tooth. I also have braces on. This tooth does not have a bracket on it. Now i have noticed that the archwire is touching this tooth (earlier it was not) and im experiencing sharp pain on the entire lower left jaw. What is causing the pain? What should i do?

I have plat to root canal treatment & fixed to Cap. I have doubt the cap have will replaced every year or it have longest life like 10 to 15 years
