Tooth and Mouth Problems

I always gets a small bud(phoka) in mouth in last part of teeth gum.i sometimes eat cobadex and it gets cured ,but frim some days again got it and it stated a little burning sensation on tooth.

My dentist observed crossbite problem for my child. Got the OPG and lateral ceph scan done. Identified slight difference. So suggested to use removable upper jaw expander. Looking for some more suggesitions. I am worried that if it changes to someother problem like overbite etc.. Kindly give me suggesitions

Hello doctor, my son, 4 year old has major decays on front teeths and few at back teeths. Major problem is he do not co operate for long time hence not able to complete treatment. I do not want to go with anesthetia.

I have avoided dentists say for about 10 years if not more. I have decay in multiple tooth and I am tremendous pain since last few weeks and it's unbearable now.
