Which is more healthy, white teeth or yellow teeth? I've been arguing with my sister that yellow teeth is more healthy than white teeth

I would like to know if I should wear braces or just let it be. Kindly guide me in making a decision

My teeth have been paining for the past three days but it was not very severe. I had a root canal last December but i got a zirconium cap fixed only last monday. The tooth with the cap is not paining but the tooth under it is paining. My kid brother punched me and the pain is worse since. I had a combiflam an hour ago but it isn't helping.
