I am going to have tooth extraction Of first molar My age is 18 years please reply me there wil having any problem also

My front teeth show prominently as my lips do not close completely at rest. They close only when I realise that they have been open all this while. Is there a way to correct it?

I had my molars -wisdom tooth removed. I face this issue of sore that keeps occuring on the joint of jaw. This issue earlier used to happen because of disoriented molar causing irritation on that area. But now the molar had been removed and I still find it occuring. There is no pain or irrigation, but just a bump that goes away itself. At times the bump/sore have some liquid in it. Is this the cause of concern and why it is happening?
