My gums bleed, specially in between the teeth, when I brush. I also think that my gums are swollen. Started brushing twice a day 2-3 months back. But before that brushing even once a day was irregular. I am a smoker and I think smoke has harmed my gums.

My teeth are deteriorating day by day.
