Hi my dentist wants to do a deep cleaning on my teeth but it’s gonna cost me 1000 dollars and I cannot afford that what should i do for my receding gums?

Last year my rct have been done after that their is no pain but from last few at the same place the pain have been started so I asked to my doctor she said to eat ketrol DT and zerodol Sp earlier whenever their is such this medicine works but this time it's not working and the pain is increasing. So kindly help me

Fully pain in the teeth and can't eat food also and pain was full and can't laugh before others

My 13 yr old brother has been complaining of locking of his TMJ on left side with pain on chewing, biting and mouth opening. I am a graduate dentist myself and I understand that TMJ issues are little tricky to treat, so I would like any dentist who is confident of treating this issue to guide me, as he will be home for just next two days from his boarding to get treated for this particular problem.
