Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have some yellowish teeth and also the gap between them a lot. which treatment i need for this problem.

The part of deposition on my tooth came out when I brush in morning leaving the surface of 2 teeth unstable. What to do. I smoke too.

Shooting pain in the cheek, ear & back of the head. Had pain killers. Subsiding for a while

Some 7 to 8 years back, I had root canal done. While doing the procedure, the doctor might have exerted some pressure and the file broke in the root. She never told me about this. Now I have left the city. I started feeling some sensitivity in that tooth. So I went to another dentist to gave the procedure done again. He found out thus and told me. He says it cannot be removed. I want an opinion on it. Can the needle be removed for the root canal? I still have the sensitivity in the tooth.

My third lower molar has abcess and compressing my inferior alveolar canal diagnosed in cbct scan as I experienced persistent nausea feeling slight burning sensation in lower jaw and pain from that tooth as my dentist prescribed me for extraction is the only choice for that tooth and prescribing steroid and neurobion for 10 days....will it solve the solution for my mysterious symptoms...

Does flap surgery comes under cosmetic ? My insurer says it is a OPD procedure and meant for beautification/aesthetic. Please guide.

I have been tooth ache , as wisdom teeth is coming and gum occupy the adjacent tooth which has already decayed .

Hi sir, My daughter is 17 months old. Still, there are no teeth. Her weight and height are normal. I went to the dentist he said you have to visit Pediatrician. But they give 7 months date. Bcoz in Kuwait, we are on government insurance. My Daughter is on breastfeed and taking rice, cereals, grains, chicken, tender meats, potatoes and some sort of fruits. Pls suggest what should we do.? as per my research on the net it shows vitamin D and calcium deficiency. pls suggest good vitamin medicine
