The reason that no qualified dentist is removing all your teeth is that it will be a great injustice to you if they did so.  I can understand that you have become disillusioned by the treatment you have recieved but a denture at this age is not the solution. Please search for a good dentist and follow their advice.
Next Steps
there are still a lot of options left. you need to look for a good dentist and complete your treatment.
Health Tips
don't go to quacks you can land up with hepatitis or HIV because they are not following any sterilization protocol.

That is not at all ok. They don’t use sterilised instruments nor their way is proper. Denture will leach monomer in your mouth which is harmful Visit a good dentist and go for full mouth rehabilitation

The way you have described your problem shows that you are educated enough to understand the criticality of any treatment. Please don't ridicule our profession by calling a quack on the street as a dentist. No dentist is doing the treatment that you are asking because it is not ethical or logical. It is understandable that you have qualms about dentistry after having undergone failed treatments but that does not mean that you can start trusting somebody who is not even educated for that profession. You might have visited inexperienced or unskilled dentist in the past but you always have the option of searching for a proper dentist with the right qualifications and experience for a satisfactory treatment. Search for an endodontist and a prosthodontist in your vicinity using Practo and try to schedule an appointment for a proper case discussion. Online discussions will not provide you the relief which can only come from a physical visit to a dentist. Because the problems are multiple, the visits required will also be multiple because we are not magicians and we have to rely on the normal healing time that every tissue requires. Regards.
