I had my surgical extraction of wisdom tooth 4 days ago.today i feel that the stiches have become a bit loose and i can see some small hole under the stiches where my tooth was before. I could feel the lossning of stiches through my tounge. The stiches are not disolvable they are scheduled to be removed after 6 more days. Is there any issue

Contraction of the inflamed tissue occurs as a normal part of extraction socket healing which would thereby loosen up the strands of silk or nylon sutures that's held in the area .
It a normal processes of healing because your tissue was inflamed after extraction not it is regrasping that's why your tissue is regressing ( shrinking , so I advice you warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times per day and visit your doctor according.

Hello.
1)Empty space is normal as tooth is removed from there, socket is healing.
2)Do not place your tongue /finger or anything else on the extracted sight.
3) There is no issues, unless there is severe pain, and bad breath
Next Steps
Kindly visit your dental surgeon on scheduled date.
Hi mam
Whatever you have explained is all normal
The tooth socket which you explained as small hole is where the tooth was residing before extraction and it takes some time for the socket to close completely
For the stitches if you really feel they became loose then please review with the dentist for evaluation
Health Tips
Please avoid touching the stitches with the tongue
